We need your urgent help to protect access to free global conferencing services. Many large carriers including AT&T have failed to prepare for a new Federal Communications Commission (FCC) order going into effect Saturday. Their inaction has stifled FreeConferenceCall.com from connecting calls. If nothing is done before Saturday millions of consumers, non-profits, government agencies and small businesses will lose connections they rely on every day.
The Federal Communications Commission is currently reviewing a proposed rule change to the Intercarrier Compensation System. (Updating the InterCarrier Compensation Regime to Eliminate Excess Arbitrage WC Docket No. 18-155)
The Commission will vote on the rule next Thursday Sept. 26.
Although the holidays are behind us, we should always be mindful of those in need. Day 34 of the federal government shutdown is upon us and we can’t help but think of the TSA and air traffic control teams working in our cities airport.
So, we sprung into action. Yesterday, we started a Gift Card Donation Drive to help our airport agents keep food on the table and gas in their cars. Our office will be accepting donations until the shutdown is over — Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 4 PM.
FreeConferenceCall.com employees are at the heart of our work. And, today, we’re excited to introduce you to one of our newest leaders, Bill Swain, vice president of marketing, who will be spearheading our global marketing efforts. Come along as I ask Bill all the pressing questions :)
Previously I worked at Core Digital Media. The two largest brands we were responsible for were LowerMyBills.com and QuickenLoans. For both we ran all the online performance marketing. The main channels we leveraged were Display, Facebook, Paid Search, Native Marketing, Email, and SMS.

It’s October 2001. Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule are signing “I’m Real” all the way to the top of the Billboard Top 100. NBC introduces us to Zach Braff with its television premiere of “Scrubs.” President George W. Bush establishes the Office of Homeland Security one month post-9/11. Apple presents the world with the iPod. The 13th College Football Holy War is played where Boston College beats Notre Dame in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. And, the day before this game, FreeConferenceCall.com was born.

Hello, hello! As I landed in the airport yesterday morning, I heard a fellow passenger tell her friend, “Everything in New Orleans is a good idea.” Ain’t that the truth! The atmosphere is electric, the people are gracious, the food is out of this world and the music is lively. The perfect city for a conference!
