Every summer, Mary Kay Cosmetics puts on a yearly seminar where members receive training in order to enhance their direct selling careers. They also receive awards, meet new members and get to shop at the Carich Expos exhibit halls. We use this time to meet with our existing customers and also inform new customers on ways to improve their sales by using our conferencing services.
