According to a recent study by the Journal of Clinical Psychology, 60% of Americans regularly make New Year's resolutions. However, only 8% of us are able to accomplish those goals. So what is holding us back? Are we setting the bar too high? Perhaps. Do we lose sight of the long-term goal?  Definitely.
